New Year, New Series

Happy New Year 2018

Happy New Year Super Readers! Wait… that’s “Super Why!”… Geez, that’s a rough start to the new year. Clearly I’m rusty, bear with me. Let’s try that again.

Hey guys!

Happy New Year and welcome to 2018! This is the world you’ve made and soon, the pestilence and deep-seated hatred will consume us all. Just kidding, life is good! No matter what, you and I can do something each and every day to make 2018 more super. Regardless of your political leanings, religion, or [insert often-divisive worldview or belief here], it is people who make up our lives and every choice we make can make an impact. Let’s make 2018 a SUPER year!

Ok I’m the worst…

Wow, it has been ages since I posted anything on here. My bad guys. I’ll do better, promise! Feel free to comment below about how much of a schmuck I am for slacking. I know, I know. I abandoned you!

But I Need Your Help

As we enter the new year, I’m getting back to blogging and I’m looking to you guys for content ideas. I’m starting a new series on my own, but if there’s something you’d like to see me write about, let me know. This is all about collaboration and engagement. I’m not writing just to hear myself talk (or rather see myself type I guess). Leave a comment below if you have any ideas to share!

It’s a New Year And I’m Starting a New Series!

I’m starting a new series called “Becoming More Super” which is going to focus on my journey to become more super – physically, mentally, spiritually, professionally, and more! The first entry to this series is the “Physically Super” which is my attempt to catalog my efforts to build a better body. This will include dieting (eh maybe, we’ll see… I really like food) and working out. Hopefully between my trainer, having it scheduled and the Super Daddy readers I’ll be able to keep on track and become more super, one day at a time.

If you’re going to be working to make yourself more super – or have already attained a higher level of super – and want to have your journey, tips, etc posted on here, head on over to the Contribute page and let’s get started!

Here’s to the new year and making it more SUPER every single day!

Hi Super Dad, I’m a big fan of “the 4 hour body” by Tim Ferris.
I’ll admit to getting over 4 hours of exercise a week ( usually ) and I learned a ton about food, exercise, and physical health from that book.

Best of luck!!
